Taylor Swift Eras Tour Experience

The Eras Tour is the ongoing sixth headlining tour and third stadium tour by global pop sensation, Taylor Swift. It is Swift's first tour in five years after being forced to cancel “Loverfest”; a planned concert tour in support of her seventh album ‘Lover’, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Eras tour is in support of all ten of her studio albums, including her latest, ‘Midnights’ released in the fall of 2022.

If you were lucky enough to have survived The Great War of Ticketmaster, or gotten a resale ticket to experience the most coveted tour of the year, you know what a production it truly was. The show is divided into different sections, each representing a different era of Swift's career. For those who have not been or are attending an upcoming show on this tour, I must add, preparing to walk into an Eras Tour show is an experience in itself. I would equate it to walking a high-fashion red carpet! Fans are dressed to the nines as their favorite Taylor Era or characters from songs, all Bejeweled in sequins, glitter, and rhinestones from head to toe.

This was my first time seeing Taylor Swift live and it was nothing like what I pictured in my Wildest Dreams! She put on one of the most impressive shows I have ever seen. From the stage setups, visuals, the 16 total outfit changes, perfectly timed setlist of 44 songs spanning three hours and fifteen minutes she left no stone unturned. As if she isn’t already breaking enough records, she is now the only artist to ever play and sell out three nights at Tampa Bay’s Raymond James Stadium. The Eras tour has garnered wide critical acclaim, with many praising Swift's stage presence and the show's production values.

No wonder her Reputation proceeds her!

The 52-date tour in 20 cities features a number of opening acts, including Phoebe Bridgers, Beabadoobee, HAIM, Gracie Abrams, Paramore, and many more! Gracie Abrams happens to be a personal favorite of mine, whom I was Enchanted to see open the second night show in Tampa.

Overall, the Taylor Swift Eras Tour was an utterly fantastic show. It was an amazing way to celebrate Swift's career and her music. If you have the chance to see her on tour or are debating paying a little extra for a ticket, I highly recommend it. The show ended with a bang, with Swift dancing in her best dress under an elaborate show of fireworks. A fitting conclusion to a truly unforgettable night.
