Sophia Scott Ft. Iggy Azalea & Renee Blair Knock Yourself Out Single Review

One of my favorite up-and-coming artists Sophia Scott has released a new single! If you have never heard of her you have now! She has been on my radar for a little while now and it’s one of my secret fave artists!
Knock Yourself Out has a very unique sound with a mix of country featuring rap by none other than Iggy Azalea. This is a trio you probably wouldn’t normally expect to be hearing on a song together as Iggy Azalea is known for her pop hits with artists such as Ariana Grande, Bebe Rexha, etc. Renee Blair is another up-and-coming country singer just hitting the scene. Sophia Scott and Iggy Azalea also feature on a track titled “Sex on the Beach” from Iggy’s most recent album. Knock Yourself Out is definitely a girl empowerment track as the three artists sing about not taking disrespect from men and blocking their numbers as soon as they do.

I’ll be honest country is typically not my favorite genre of music to listen to but since experiencing the Nashville (music city) artists such as Sophia Scott have given me a new appreciation for country music. There are tons of super-talented artists out there and I thoroughly enjoy listening to all of her music that has been released thus far. Knock Yourself Out is just another track to add to the list of female empowerment songs released by Sophia Scott (Girls Need Girls, Me Myself and Wine) just to name a few. I’m super excited to be seeing her career take off! I’m just waiting for that full-length album to drop!! I’m loving the Iggy Azalea collabs and I can’t wait to see what is next for Scott! As I mentioned before if you haven’t listened to her music yet, I highly recommend doing so!
